RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
SHOCK MANSION REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
- You can exchange or return your purchase within 30 days.
- We will refund any items with manufacturing faults that are returned in original packaging. We do not refund items that have been worn or damaged through wear and tear.
- We will issue an exchange or credit note if your item is damaged when supplied photo evidence and still has tags on the garment, or as long as the item is in its original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc. You’ll need to send us a self-addressed reply paid envelope/slip and your original invoice along with the item in its original packaging and condition.
- If you choose to return your order, we don't return any shipping costs, only the garments purchased in which you are returning.
- Sales items and any products sold at discounted prices including Shock Mansion Bundles are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- We do not refund or exchange products if you change your mind.
- We do not offer returns on any international orders if these are returned to sender. It is your responsibility to keep track of your order via the dispatch and track emails.
- If you order is returned to sender, you will be charged again for shipping and it will be sent back out to you.
- Please choose prints carefully, as they're custom made to order we don't offer refunds for change of mind or wrong decisions.

- All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc.
- If you return the item without its original packaging, we cannot process your return and we will send the item back to you as is and charge you for delivery.
- Please note – while we take all the care possible to ensure that you receive your goods, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss incurred during the delivery.
