  • You will receive tracking advice from Australia Post once your order has been dispatched (if you included your email address with your order).
  • If you choose International Economy Airmail, you will receive a tracking number however you will not be able to track and trace your order. Please be aware of this. This can take anywhere up to 6 weeks for delivery as it goes the most economic way to your country. 
  • If you choose International Pack & Track, you will receive a tracking number and it will be fully trackable and traceable. 
  • Our expected delivery times chart below tells you when you can expect your order to arrive.
  • If you have problems with your online order, please email: any time and we will respond as soon as possible during office hours.
  • On delivery of the order, you will not be required to sign for your package. All packages nation wide will be left in a safe zone area, unless you require your order to be signed for which must be specified in the note section of your order. You need to keep receipt of the delivered order in case of future discussions with us about it. The same rule is applied to all international orders.
  • If you do not specify that a signature is required, you understand and agree that it gives us authority and our selected third party couriers permission to leave the order in question unattended by the front door - or, where applicable, at the reception or concierge's desk - of the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. In such circumstances, you understand and agree that by leaving your order, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfers to you on delivery.
  • Shock Mansion does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen mail once it has left our hands
  •  If your item has been mis-handled, lost or incorrectly delivered by Australia Post - we will lodge a complaint for you and escalate the matter.
  • If you receive a package which has been tampered with, please lodge a stolen goods report with your local law enforcement. Shock Mansion is in no way responsible for lost, mis-handled or stolen goods.

Your product will reach you within the estimated delivery times listed below plus 1-2 days. Below is an estimate only, how you choose to deliver your order can make waiting times longer.

Australia Overnight Delivery 1 1 to 3 Working Days

Please note that International (including New Zealand) orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country. You may also incur a formal government entry fee, this is unique to every country.

Import duties etc is normally based on items being over a certain value set by your local government. These taxes are out of our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be including the formal government entry fee (if any). Shock Mansion will not mark your package as a “sample” or “gift“ to avoid these taxes.

Your order may be subject to long wait times. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and experiencing one of the busiest Christmas’ to date, every courier company worldwide is experiencing huge delays. The outbound flights in Australia are currently standing at around 15% of what they normally are, however there's been a 473% increase in mail from this time last year. Due to this, the delivery is taking much longer.

Due to some countries closing off their international borders, you order may still be waiting to board a flight. Your order may have also been sent via sea freight if at the time, no air freight was available. 

If you would like your order in a hurry, we recommend using the DHL express courier option at cart instead of Australia post. DHL own their own fleet of planes which means parcels are constantly leaving the country. This option is a little more however, DHL can guarantee a more precise delivery time.
