SHOCK MANSION REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your Shock Mansion purchase. If you've purchased a size and it's not quite right, you're welcome to return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order in exchange for a store gift voucher. Please note, that items returned outside of this period won't be accepted
We will only accept returned item(s) that arrive back to us how they arrive to you. This means, all returns need to be sent in their original condition, including tags, casings, bags, stickers etc. The item(s) also need to be unworn/ unwashed/ unstained.
All sale items are final, no refunds. A buy-one-get-one-free and gift with purchase sales are final and won't be accepted for refunds, credits or exchanges. Please ensure you are checking measurements thoroughly before purchasing. If you're confused or need help, please email us on email@example.com and we will endeavour to get you into a perfect fit.
Orders can be returned back to us for store credit within 30 days of receiving it. (We do not offer refunds). You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
Store credits in the form of gift cards are valid for 4 years.
If you send back your item(s) for a store credit, your credit will only be for the items purchase, excluding all shipping costs, Buy-One-Get-One-Free items and free gifts.
Sales items and any products sold at discounted prices including Shock Mansion Bundles are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We do not refund or exchange products if you change your mind.
We do not offer returns on any international orders if these are returned to sender. It is your responsibility to keep track of your order via the dispatch and track emails.
If you order is returned to sender, you will be charged again for shipping and it will be sent back out to you.
Please choose prints carefully, as they're custom made to order we don't offer refunds for change of mind or wrong decisions.

If you return the item without its original packaging, we cannot process your return and we will send the item back to you as is and charge you for delivery
Please note – while we take all the care possible to ensure that you receive your goods, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss incurred during the delivery.
