SHOCK MANSION SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders processed Monday to Friday AEST.
Shock Mansion posts ALL National orders from our warehouse each weekday Morning.
You will receive tracking advice from Australia Post once your order has been dispatched (if you included your email address with your order).
Our expected delivery times chart below tells you when you can expect your order to arrive.
If you have problems with your online order, please email: orders@shockmansion.com any time and we will respond as soon as possible during office hours.
On delivery of the order, you will not be required to sign for your package. All packages nation wide will be left in a safe zone area, unless you require your order to be signed for which must be specified in the note section of your order. You need to keep receipt of the delivered order in case of future discussions with us about it. The same rule is applied to all international orders.
If you do not specify that a signature is required, you understand and agree that it gives us authority and our selected third party couriers permission to leave the order in question unattended by the front door - or, where applicable, at the reception or concierge's desk - of the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. In such circumstances, you understand and agree that by leaving your order, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfers to you on delivery.

Shipping within Australia is based on overall parcel weight and destination.
Shipping to New Zealand is based on overall parcel weight and destination

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)
Please note that International (including New Zealand) orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country.

This is normally based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. These taxes are out of our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. Shock Mansion will not mark your package as a “sample” or “gift“ to avoid these taxes.
